Annual Membership Renewal Process

Please see below steps for self renewal for existing members of the IIA SA.

  • Login using your username and password.
  • Click on the 'Manage Profile' link that appears in the right column.
  • Click on the *** Renew Your Membership Now *** link at the top of the page
  • Once you click the above link, you will be prompted to review / update your profile
  • Once you have updated your information and "Save Changes" button you will be taken to a billing page
  • Tick the optional extras you would like included, confirm your billing information
    • (Select the 'Check here if the billing address is the same as the member address' to fill in the existing information)
    • You have the option of customising your invoice to include subscriptions for the International Internal Auditor Magazine
      • Kindly note that the IIA SA Online Library service is no longer offered by the IIA SA.
  • Select your payment and fill in your credit card details to pay via credit card (or select Bill me to create an invoice for payment by your organisation)
  • Once you have generated the invoice, you can print it print via your browser.
    • To print your invoice without the HTML header and Footers, navigate to the Settings / Customise Section of your browser, Select Print / Page Setup option and select 'empty' or 'blank' under the different Header and Footer Options.

Group Billing:

The IIA SA offers Group Membership Billing for entities who have opted to pay IIA SA Membership Fees on behalf of employees on a single invoice. If your organisation participates in Group Billing, the group invoice is issued based on feedback provided by the nominated group administrator for your organisation. If your name is approved, then we would invoice the group, and you would receive a notification once the groups payment has been processed. If your name is removed we would send a notice requesting that you update your details and advise you on next steps for renewing your membership.

  • If your employment information has changed, and you anticipate being either removed or added to a different group, and you have not done so already, please update your details on the IIA SA website.
    • If your new employer is not listed here, please submit a request for conversion to individual billing, once you have finished updating your details.
  • If you are employed by one of the organisations listed here, and are not yet linked to the group, we recommend you engage with the individual within your organisation who deals with the group billing, to determine whether you will be included on the group invoicing schedule.
    • Where the group invoice has already been issued for your group, and you were not included, please submit a request via return e-mail for an invoice. You may be eligible to receive the group rate.
  • If your organisation is not listed, or you anticipate being removed from the group you can also elect to opt-out of Group Billing by submitting a request via reply e-mail. In this case you would forfeit any discount for the current period. In order to avoid duplication of administration, please be advised, that once you have opted out of group billing and have been issued an individual invoice, you may no longer opt for group billing in the same period. In anticipation of a high volume of replies, kindly allow 3 - 5 days for a reply.
