There is an ever-increasing demand for skilled internal auditors throughout South Africa and globally. More so now than ever before the competence of internal auditors is being scrutinised, be these new entrants into the profession or existing practitioners.

A key objective of the Institute of Internal Auditors, South Africa is to provide our members with access to world-class training and development.

The Seminar Committee has re-evaluated all courses offered by the IIA SA, researched global and local training trends and benchmarked our program against best practice. Thus it gives me great pleasure to present to you the 2010 Continuing Professional Development program.

The standard program will be offered at the IIA SA headquarters in Bedfordview, but the courses can be arranged in any area in the country where there is sufficient demand.

Please take note of our In house training program. This is an ongoing initiative whereby we can offer training at a venue of your choice, eg for your specific department. We strongly encourage you to contact us to request such training, which will be customised to suit your needs.

The success of the Continuing Professional Development program is in your hands. Ongoing support and attendance at courses will enable us to maintain the high standard we have set historically.
